Just want to say , I'm back from ANTS !(Advanced NCO Training School )
What I did at there ,
1. 100rounds football field : )
from
10am to 3pm and 11pm to 6am .

2. 3K times Star jump : )
from
3am to 6am . When we did mistake , we will redo .

Sleep less than 5hours in 3days .

Everyone also kena sunburn and tan skin now , wooots .
